Vice Barley Modular Sectional with Ottoman by Diamond Sofa

Barley Modular Sectional with Ottoman Vice by Diamond Sofa combines four coordinated pieces, textured upholstery, elevated backrests, and a clean boxy silhouette in a flexible seating system for contemporary homes. The collection includes a left-facing arm chair, right-facing arm chair, armless chair, and matching ottoman, allowing you to create a coordinated sectional arrangement while retaining the flexibility associated with modular furniture.

The Barley fabric introduces a warm neutral tone and visible texture that can coordinate with both understated and higher-contrast interiors. Elevated backrests provide additional lean-back support, while detailed pipe stitching defines the sectional’s edges and reinforces its tailored contemporary appearance. Underneath the upholstery, a wood frame provides the structural foundation. The matching ottoman expands the ways the collection can be arranged, whether positioned for lounging, used as additional casual seating, or incorporated into the overall modular layout. For family rooms, open-plan spaces, and modern living areas, the Barley Modular Sectional with Ottoman offers a practical balance of adaptable seating, comfortable support, and clean contemporary styling.

Barley Modular Sectional with Ottoman and 4-Piece Design

Vice is designed as a coordinated four-piece modular collection.

Key Features

• Four-piece modular configuration
• Left-facing arm chair
• Right-facing arm chair
• Armless chair
• Matching ottoman
• Textured Barley fabric
• Elevated backrests
• Pipe stitching details
• Clean boxy silhouette
• Contemporary styling
• Wood frame
• Flexible layout possibilities
• Designed by Diamond Sofa

The Barley Modular Sectional with Ottoman can adapt to different activities and room arrangements rather than restricting your space to one permanent layout.

Four Coordinated Modular Pieces

The Vice Collection includes:

1. Left-Facing Arm Chair
2. Right-Facing Arm Chair
3. Armless Chair
4. Matching Ottoman

Each component has a specific role within the complete arrangement while contributing to the modular flexibility of the collection.

Left-Facing Arm Chair

The left-facing arm chair creates one defined end of the sectional.

Its arm helps establish the outer boundary of the seating arrangement while maintaining the collection’s boxy contemporary profile.

Use It To

• Form one end of the sectional
• Create a defined seating position
• Coordinate with the armless chair
• Build alternative modular arrangements

Confirm Diamond Sofa’s current facing-direction convention before planning the exact placement in your room.

Right-Facing Arm Chair

The right-facing arm chair provides the corresponding opposite end.

When used with the left-facing and armless pieces, it helps create a complete coordinated seating composition.

The Piece Adds

• A defined sectional end
• Visual balance
• Additional seating
• Flexibility within the modular arrangement

Together, the left- and right-facing pieces frame the sectional configuration.

Versatile Armless Chair

The armless chair can bridge the main seating sections without introducing another arm between them.

The Armless Design Can Help

• Extend the seating area
• Create a cleaner connection
• Provide a flexible center module
• Support alternative arrangements
• Maintain open visual lines

Its straightforward form makes it one of the most adaptable pieces in the Barley Modular Sectional with Ottoman.

Matching Ottoman Included

The fourth component is a matching ottoman upholstered to coordinate with the sectional.

Because the ottoman is separate, it can be positioned according to how you want to use the room.

Use the Ottoman For

• Leg support
• Relaxed lounging
• Additional casual seating
• Completing a modular arrangement
• A soft surface for a tray when appropriate

If using the ottoman as an occasional coffee-table substitute, use a stable tray and follow the manufacturer’s intended weight and use guidelines.

Flexible Modular Layouts

Vice gives you more flexibility than a single fixed-frame sofa.

The pieces can be arranged according to the room and activity.

Configure the Collection For

• Everyday family seating
• Entertaining guests
• Conversation
• Movie nights
• Lounging
• Open-plan living

The arrangement can evolve if the function of the room changes.

Elevated Backrests for Lean-Back Support

Elevated backrests are one of the notable comfort features of the Vice Collection.

Their additional height is designed to provide ample support when leaning back.

Elevated Backs Can Support

• Relaxed sitting
• Longer conversations
• Movie nights
• Reading
• Everyday lounging

This feature gives the sectional a different comfort profile from ultra-low-back modular seating.

Textured Barley Fabric

The Vice sectional is upholstered in Barley fabric with a plush, textured surface.

Its warm neutral coloring makes it easy to coordinate with a variety of materials and palettes.

Barley Upholstery Adds

• Warm neutral color
• Visible texture
• Soft visual character
• Contemporary appeal
• Flexible styling possibilities

The Barley Modular Sectional with Ottoman can therefore serve as a neutral foundation without relying on conventional gray or white upholstery.

A Warm Neutral for Modern Interiors

Barley works naturally with both light and dark surrounding finishes.

Pair It With

• Ivory
• Cream
• Beige
• Warm white
• Brown
• Walnut
• Oak
• Black
• Olive
• Terracotta

This gives you flexibility when choosing rugs, tables, lighting, wall colors, and decorative accessories.

Pipe Stitching Adds Definition

Detailed pipe stitching runs along the edges of the upholstery.

This introduces a subtle tailored detail without adding excessive ornamentation.

Pipe Stitching Helps

• Define the sectional edges
• Highlight the furniture’s shape
• Reinforce its boxy silhouette
• Add tailored visual detail
• Create a more finished appearance

The stitching is particularly effective against the textured Barley fabric.

Clean Boxy Silhouette

Vice uses a clean, structured profile rather than heavily curved or decorative styling.

The Boxy Design Supports

• Contemporary interiors
• Modern living rooms
• Minimalist-inspired spaces
• Open-plan homes
• Transitional rooms

The result is straightforward enough to coordinate with different décor while retaining a distinct architectural shape.

Wood Frame Construction

The supplied specifications identify a wood frame as the structural foundation of the sectional.

Confirmed Construction Details Include

• Wood frame
• Textured fabric upholstery
• Elevated backrests
• Pipe stitching
• Four modular pieces

No specific wood species or additional internal frame composition was supplied, so those details should be confirmed with the manufacturer if required.

Designed for Everyday Living

The Vice Collection combines modular construction with a comfortable, supportive seating format.

Consider Vice For

• Family time
• Everyday lounging
• Entertaining
• Reading
• Conversation
• Movie nights

The Barley Modular Sectional with Ottoman can serve as the main seating in a room while providing additional flexibility through its separate ottoman.

Suitable for Family Rooms

Family rooms often need furniture that can support several different activities throughout the day.

Vice can transition between relaxed lounging and more social arrangements.

It Can Work Well For

• Shared television viewing
• Family gatherings
• Casual entertaining
• Weekend relaxation
• Everyday conversation

Its warm neutral upholstery also makes it relatively easy to coordinate with existing décor.

Ideal for Open-Concept Spaces

Open floor plans often rely on furniture to establish functional zones.

A modular sectional can help create a defined living area without permanent dividers.

Use Vice to Define

• Main seating area
• Television zone
• Conversation space
• Family lounge
• Entertainment area

The ottoman can be repositioned independently when additional circulation space is needed.

Rearrange for Entertaining

The ideal furniture setup can change when guests arrive.

Consider

• Moving the ottoman
• Adjusting the modular arrangement
• Creating more conversation space
• Opening main walkways
• Changing the orientation of seating

This adaptability is a major advantage of the Barley Modular Sectional with Ottoman.

Create a Relaxed Lounge Setup

For quieter evenings, the ottoman can be incorporated into a more lounge-focused configuration.

Consider Using It For

• Extending leg support
• Creating a relaxed seating position
• Supporting movie-night layouts
• Adding flexible casual seating

Because it remains separate from the main seats, you can move it according to the activity.

Style Vice with Natural Wood

Barley upholstery works particularly well with natural wood.

Consider

• Walnut coffee tables
• Oak side tables
• Wood media consoles
• Natural shelving
• Wood decorative accents

The combination creates a warm, layered living-room palette.

Add Black for Contemporary Contrast

Black accents can sharpen the look of the warm Barley upholstery.

Add Black Through

• Floor lamps
• Coffee tables
• Side tables
• Media units
• Picture frames
• Decorative objects

This can give the room stronger visual definition without overwhelming the sectional.

Build a Layered Neutral Palette

For a softer interior, combine Barley with related neutral shades.

Consider

• Cream
• Ivory
• Beige
• Taupe
• Warm gray
• Soft brown

Mixing different materials and textures can prevent a neutral room from appearing flat.

Add Earth-Tone Accents

Barley’s warm character also works naturally with earth-inspired colors.

Consider

• Olive
• Terracotta
• Rust
• Chocolate brown
• Sand
• Muted green

These colors can reinforce the inviting appearance of the Barley Modular Sectional with Ottoman.

Plan the Ottoman Placement

The ottoman adds flexibility, but its placement should be considered when measuring the room.

Allow Space For

• Comfortable legroom
• Main walkways
• Moving the ottoman
• Coffee table clearance
• Nearby furniture
• Alternative sectional layouts

Planning for several ottoman positions will make it easier to use the collection’s modular flexibility.
