Warranty

At U-Trade Furniture, we provide this warranty ONLY for Kleopatra Kingdom hand-made products. Items sourced from other vendors, which are available on our website, are not covered by our warranty and are subject to the warranty policies of their respective vendors. Please refer to the vendor’s terms for any warranty claims on these products.

All warranty periods commence on the date of delivery of the product.

• Warranty activation: In order to activate your warranty, you must send clear pictures of your delivered items and attach them with a request to obtain the warranty to us at the following email: info@utradefurniture.com and we will get back to you with a confirmation email.
• Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of the warranty.

• WARRANTY PERIOD:

• Claims: To make a warranty claim, the original proof of purchase is required. Claims must be made within 7 days from the date of discovery of the defect.
• Resolution: At our discretion, we will repair or replace the defective product or part. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we may issue a store credit equal to the prorated purchase price.
• Transportation: The customer is responsible for transportation costs associated with warranty claims, including shipping to and from our facility.
• Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or credit of the defective product at our discretion. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
• Miscellaneous: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer. No other warranties, expressed or implied, apply.
• Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
  • We do not provide warranties for finishes regarding fading, oxidation, color variations, Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, wood grain discrepancies, stone inconsistencies, or texture differences. 
  • Damage caused by misuse not in accordance with product instructions, abuse, neglect, or accidents.
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity.
  • Any repair operation performed by the customer or by any source other than U-Trade Furniture, or any modification to the product from any source other than U-Trade Furniture, will void this warranty certificate. Any such unauthorized repairs or modifications will release U-Trade Furniture from all liability and responsibility regarding the product.
  • Damage caused by pests, such as insects or rodents.
  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance, cleaning, or non-recommended cleaning products.
  • Structural damage or failure due to exceeding weight limits or improper use.
  • Damage caused by transportation or shipping after initial delivery.
  • Components not installed by our authorized personnel.
  • Damage caused by pets or animals.
  • Damage caused by mold, mildew, or other forms of biological growth.
  • Electrical components, power outages, bulbs, or batteries in lighting fixtures.
  • Damage caused by improper ventilation or exposure to chemicals.
  • Products used for commercial purposes or rental purposes.
  • Damage caused by third-party services, such as installation or assembly.
  • Damage caused by incompatible accessories or attachments.
  • Fabric or leather wear, pilling, or stretching.
  • This warranty does not apply if the product is used outdoors, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • This warranty does not cover items labeled as “AS-IS” or any display items at the time of purchase.
  • This Warranty does not cover items not purchased directly from U-Trade Furniture.
  • Any item repaired or replaced under this limited warranty will only be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • Damage from Improper Use: Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than those intended, including overloading or using it in a manner inconsistent with its design.
  • Environmental Damage: Damage caused by environmental factors such as wind, rain, hail, lightning, earthquakes, fire, floods, or other natural disasters or other severe weather conditions.
  • Improper Storage: Damage caused by storing the product in conditions not recommended, including extreme temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight.
  • Minor cosmetic damages such as surface blemishes that do not affect the functionality of the product.

Comfort is subjective to the individual and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Each piece of U-Trade Furniture is designed to support a specific maximum weight capacity to ensure safety and durability. The following weight limits apply to our products:

• Chairs: Maximum weight capacity of 250 lbs.
• Sofas: Maximum weight capacity of 260 lbs.
• Dining Tables: Maximum weight capacity of 230 lbs.

Exceeding these weight limits can result in damage to the furniture and pose safety risks. Damage caused by exceeding the recommended weight capacity is not covered under our warranty. Always distribute weight evenly and avoid placing heavy objects on unsupported parts of the furniture.

In respect of manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labor charges and transportation costs (if any) are to be covered by the Purchaser.

All other warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby excluded. In no event shall liability under this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the product. The foregoing shall constitute U-Trade Furniture’s sole warranty and the exclusive remedy for the purchaser.

No other express warranty has been or will be provided by U-Trade Furniture regarding the furniture and its components, or the operation, repair, or replacement of the furniture and its components. Additionally, no representative of U-Trade Furniture, its distributors, or retailers is authorized to alter or modify these limited warranties.

Under no circumstances shall U-Trade Furniture be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, such as loss of use, inconvenience, or damage to personal property, whether indirect or direct, arising from contract or tort, even if it was foreseeable.

The liability of U-Trade Furniture shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or its replacement.

To obtain warranty services, the original buyer must adhere to the requirements outlined in our Claims Procedure.

Please contact the U-Trade Furniture retailer from whom you purchased your furniture to initiate warranty service. All claims must include the original proof of purchase, the product’s serial number, and must be submitted within the specified warranty period. U-Trade Furniture reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

You are responsible for arranging transportation of the furniture or parts to and from the retailer’s location.
